In our league every player is a winner! We believe playing, learning, and having fun in a sport are most important. Our trained and energetic coaches and instructors introduce skills in a fun and progressive manner. Constant encouragement and parent involvement build confidence and self-esteem. Basic skills and having fun are the program's staple component.  Players will learn the basic fundamentals of Tee Ball including; Batting, Catching, Throwing, Fielding positions, and basic base running.

Parents are encouraged to be involved by serving as a volunteer coach or team parent. This program focuses on the development of social skills and strengthening the relationship between the parent and child.

We are dedicated to advancing the sport of baseball and to providing all players, parents and volunteers with a positive sports experience.

SESSION FORMAT

• 5 minutes for stretching and warm up
• 20 minutes of baseball development through fun and interactive activities
• 25 minutes of Tee Ball Game play
• 5 minutes of closing session, team cheer and snacks

Spring 2019 Season Dates

SESSION DAYS : Wednesdays

Sessions include only one class per week.   Depending on registration totals, some children may be asked to switch session days. 

SESSION TIMES: 
4 Years ... 3:30pm - 4:30pm
5 years ... 4:30pm - 5:30pm

FIRST SESSION - ASSESSMENT DAY

Wednesday, May 1, 2019 

Attendance is mandatory! During the first session (Assessment Day), parents will receive orientation to program, children will be evaluated on base skills to be formed on teams, and special requests and jersey sizes will be taken. 

Register HERE before arriving on Assessment Day.
All players shall be placed on specific teams following the assessment day/parent orientation.

Rainouts will be rescheduled.  

End of season party includes - Game, Individual Awards and Pizza Party provided by Sportsplex USA!

$79 per player if registered on or before April 27, 2019
$89 per player if registered on or after April 27, 2019

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

Children should wear athletic shoes (cleats are not required) and comfortable clothing. Jersey will be provided.  All players should have youth baseball mitt.  Bats and balls will be provided.  Players may bring their own baseball bat, helmet and warm up balls.  All children will be required to wear batting helmet when batting.   Al's Sport Shop is the preferred sporting goods store of Sportsplex USA.  To get more info, please click HERE or call 619-562-4263.

VOLUNTEERS

Parents are strongly encouraged to volunteer as Assistant Coaches and Snack Parents.  Sessions are facilitated by Mighty Mite staff members, however, parents are encouraged to be involved during drill sessions and to work with child on skills at home.
