Corporate Event Frequently Asked Questions

We have facilitated hundreds of Corporate Events and Picnics since 1994. There is no concern that we can’t alleviate and no request we can’t grant. Our goal is to make your next corporate event a hassle free success!

Will we have exclusive use of the facility during our event?
YES! If you book an event for at least 300 you will have Sportsplex USA to yourselves.

How long will we have use of the facility?
The picnic or event can last up to 5 hours
The exact time frame will be determined during planning.

Will you provide referees or staff to coordinate sports activities?
Yes, we can provide referees and assist in scheduling sports tournaments.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Most of our picnics occur in the summer and we’ve never had a problem. Should rain or inclement weather cancel the event, we will reschedule.

Can we order specialty T-shirts for the event?
YES! We can work with your group to create a souvenir T-shirt or takeaway item to remember the event.

What are all the different games and activities that we can choose from?
New activities, games and rides are available every year! We will provide you with a menu and cost of fun activities to choose from. You can decide what type of events you wish!

Can we bring in Alcoholic beverages?
No. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase through Sportsplex USA. Participants may purchase their own or the company can be invoiced based upon consumption.
