FEASIBILITY
• Conduct an economic feasibility study to determine the financial viability of a sports park in your community.
• Determine client objectives and needs in order to recommend activities and facilities to be included in the project.
• Produce revenue projections and develop a strategic master plan.
DESIGN
• Determine the most cost-effective design to maximize earning potential.
• Assist in all design services needed for construction of the complex.
• Work closely with an experienced team of facility and landscape architects and contractors to ensure maximum functionality.
OPERATION
• COST AVOIDANCE - Sportsplex USA will be responsible for all the maintenance and operating costs of the sports park.
• Develop, through aggressive marketing, maximum use of the facility. Assure maximum customer satisfaction through constant attention to facility cleanliness, food quality, field maintenance and an enthusiastic staff team.
• Work closely with elected officials and staff to ensure that all recreational needs and goals are being achieved.
